I am so grateful for this service and opportunity as my mobility issues seriously declined in past year and even with a mobility walker. It's often a struggle to shop any where " in store ". So far I've been very happy with shopping online at this store and having the groceries delivered. Honestly, as a disabled person with mobility issues, its changed and improved the quality of my life so much! It's much less physically stressful for me to shop online than to push a grocery cart throughout the store. I can easily find the items I want on website and manage my strict grocery budget efficiently. The website and shopping cart online are very easy ro navigate. The digital deals are fantastic and the savings earned for online shopping are mind blowing, The employee who does the online order shopping is very nice, and works hard to fill the entire order while also selecting the best quality of meats and produce. This employee is also very good about chatting in case an unexpected substitution is needed. I really feel this employee or employees go above and beyond their job description to make this an awesome experience for online shoppers. Please be sure to recognize their consistent efforts. Delivery for the most part normally always occurs without any issues at all. No items missing or tampered with. Timing of delivery is very accurate. Delivery Notifications sent by Safeway are very accurate. All Delivery drivers are courteous, polite and friendly. This past summer was so much easier for me as a stage c heart failure patient because of SAFEWAY on North Charles Street. I was able to remain out of the heat, which is very dangerous for my medical condition. For this I consider it a lifeline/lifesaver! For me personally, I highly reccomend this store and strongly encourage others to give this opportunity/ service a try!

Every SINGLE time I need to use coin star it’s closed, not broke but closed. Closed because they don’t want to do that part of their job!
