Either they serving old chicken or the grease is not change as it should be done on a regular basis. Be sure to ask when the last time it was changed. My children even said it tasted weird. When I called Duncan and Ebony was like we will.give you a refund. No interest in checking it out. VERY DISMISSIVE. FIRST AND LAST TIME WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR DELI. But the chicken did look very tempting. Tasted horrible. Update: the female Mgr gave me a refund and stated she went and made them throw that chicken away that night. She even said it tasted funny They really need to teach them how to filter oil and need to know how to serve food properly.

I shouldn't feel bad asking where things are when that's literally your job. Do better.
