The employee who came over seemed annoyed that she had to pause her conversation to help me. She dismissed my concerns, saying she knew what she was doing, and in the process, my reward points were removed from my cart. Fortunately, online customer support was able to restore the points to my account, but the in-store interaction left a negative impression. I’m not expecting over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and respect go a long way. Being civil to customers shouldn’t be that difficult.
