  I ordered a medium pizza, cheese sticks and boneless wings for my family, only to have it arrive a complete mess. The pizza looked as if someone had dropped it and I received cinnamon sticks instead of the cheese sticks I ordered. I was told I would recieve a refund but so far no one has returned my calls. The entire blame was placed on the driver but in my opinion the establishment should take some responsibility especially when the staff knows their 3rd party delivery drivers are consistently making them look bad. I hope that we can make this right, if not, I am done with pizza hut all together.

  2 medium pizzas and both were like this. Triple the amount of sauce and slices with barely any cheese. On top of the cheese not fully melted. This was horrible. I could’ve gotten frozen pizza with this same quality. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this from this location.

  Placed a mobile order for delivery, I have COIVD, at 7:42pm. No updates on the app. No answer when I called the store. I had to catch an Uber up here to cancel my order. I arrived at 9:04pm and it hadn’t even been made yet. No communication. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Papa John’s is better overall.

  they play games , you call in they take your order ! NEXT you waiting for a hour & half for your food , call & try to get updates just for them to keep hanging up in your ear. they lie about your order never being taken , this place is a true scam ! FOOD NEVER CAME CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES , no answer , no call back !
