  This was the most friendliest best tasting Pizza Hut Ever! I actually left the one at Target to come try and see if I had better luck here and I did!! Staff is super friendly and this is the best cooked Pizza Hut! I’ve had!!

  I recently visited one of your Pizza Hut locations and had one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had at your brand The staff had no knowledge of current promotions and eight customers including myself were left standing and waiting to order with no assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes without being helped and food was left sitting out of the oven. The staff appeared slow and inconsiderate showing no urgency in serving customers On top of that they are clearly understaffed with only one person actually making food while the other person was just on the phone the whole time talking to his girl or whoever he was talking to and to make matters worse none of the employees had uniforms badges gloves or name tags Overall this was extremely disappointing Pizza Hut has always been a place I have trusted for both food and service but this store failed to meet even the most basic standards I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have to deal with such poor service!!!

  They didn’t have on gloves while cooking the manager back there wiping his sweat off his forehead. They don’t greet you . All 3 workers seen me and did nothing . When the manager finally came to the window he didn’t say anything far as a greeting. gave him my name and all he said was it’s in the oven . If u don’t like your job then quit !!!!!

  I go to this store often because I work in the area. Staff has always been courteous and kind. My order is always right. I've only ever had 1 instance when the wait was longer than expected, but there was 1 person handling, phones, making pizza, web orders and the folks in the lobby area and that is the downfall. Please staff the location properly. The only reason the reviews are 1 star is because way too often there is just 1 person doing EVERYTHING! That's not a good way to keep staff or customers. It's a good location with a good product, staff it right.

  I'm sharing my experience from yesterday 7/15/25. I walked in the store around 6:20pm to a store filled with guests waiting for their order. Customers had been sitting in there for an hour or more waiting for online orders that were placed prior to arriving at the store. Not only did I experience sheer chaos in the store, but I experienced 3 people working on staff, and 1 manager who quit on the spot leaving a new hired manager (1 week on staff) along with a younger gentleman. The manager said, "I'm done", untied his apron, took his apron off and threw his keys on the counter and walked out while customers were still in the store waiting. The poor young guy started getting our orders 1 at a time and was getting customers out of the store. He for sure deserves a raise. This store needs better general management along with strong store staff. This location has been awful since it arrived and needs to be replaced with something else.
