Also the crust was not buttered before going into the pan as is instructed for pan pizza. I tried to call 4 times, no answer. I'm a rewards member and I like pizza hut but I won't be ordering anymore. This is the second time we've gotten bad dough after paying extra for pan. Come on guys, stop serving old, flat dough, and please for the love of God, pick up your phones.
