  I always order from this location, I never have problems. However on Feb 22nd I ordered pizza for my child's birthday party. I was told via the Pizza hut app that I would receive my order at 1:10pm. At 1:30 pm I reached out to the store to find out that my order had been given to someone in error and that they were waiting for me to reach out to them to find out if I received my order. I then had to drive to the location and pick up my own order. The gentleman working as cashier attempted to offer me a brownie for the inconvenience. I just say all of this to say, be careful when ordering via the app, they use door dash and apparently don't verify who is picking up the order.

  Yesterday February 27, 2026 around 8:45pm. I placed my order on the Pizza Hut app for a pick up. My order was one medium thin & crispy with spicy sauce beef topping (WELL DONE). The second pizza was a thin &crispy medium pepperoni (regular not cupped) regular marinara (WELL DONE). The person bought my pizza out when I arrived and I had to open the box because the employee did not offer to show it to me and neither of my pizzas were cooked well done but the pepperoni was cupped and not regular. Of course I had to get that pizza remade and wait again. Upon waiting an additional 20 mins for another pizza to be made there was no apology offered by any of the employees, the employees presented me with another pepperoni pizza still not well done, at which time he admitted to not bothering to put the pizza back in a second time to make it well done. Additionally he stated, “If you want your pizza made again you would have to wait another 20-30 mins for me to take other pizzas out of the oven”. Again, no apology, no refund, no consolation was offered to reverse or even make me as the customer satisfied. I was highly annoyed and starving so I took the pizzas still not remade properly and went home. Once I got home I realized that the person who remade my pizza’s also didn’t bother to sauce the remade pepperoni pizza. (I also have pictures of the pizza as well for proof.) I go to this location at least once a week and never have any substantial problems but this visit was completely off-putting an left me not wanting to return and spend my hard earned money with an establishment that doesn’t respect its customers or their requests for how they want their pizzas made. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with whomever is responsible for hiring employees with such a high dereliction of duty and disregard for their job or the people coming in to spend money and patronize this establishment.

  I dont like the third party customer service when u place a order over the phone. Online orders are bogus as well take your money then say that donf have what you ordered. Count your days won't be ordering from here anymore...smh
