  The food was cold when I got it and they charge me extra and didn’t give me my fries chicken strips were undercooked

  I would leave a zero star if I could. Ordered 3 pizza and wings spent $85. The pizza was burnt my bbq chicken pizza had no chicken no bbq sauce . I called they were supposed to send me out another order. Waited two hours nothing came. I kept calling they repeatedly told me I had the wrong pizza bolis which the # is on my receipt. Called again they said they can't give me a refund because I paid credit card that they'd only credit me for one pizza. They are the rudest people

  How rude the MANAGER hung up on my call I called for help with a glitch in the app (fully understand if you don’t have anything to do with the app yourself or location wise and I work in customer service so I’m just really understanding of these things) but I asked a simple question of if he had any idea when the transaction that processed through my bank would be return because the app didnt show the order at all! HE HUNG UP! Very disrespectful. I’m enraged now but I called politely a little customer service would’ve sufficed.

  Order the delivery, the food came correctly.It was hot and no complaints.I would order here again and I'd recommend everyone else to order here and don't pay attention to these ratings.
