I called to inquire about the order and the online system said delivered. I thought this was weird and called the store manager. They said it was delivered without my notice, 10 minutes ago. I called back to say that I was never notified and that my food was just sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes according to security. I called back to the store to issue my complaint and they hung up on me. No refund or compensation or apology was offered. Only defensiveness saying this isn’t our problem.
