I kept seeing it on DoorDash and finally decided to give it a try and honestly, I can’t say I’d try it again. I ordered the catfish platter with two sides. The catfish was definitely one piece cut in half to appear as two (another review mentioned this) and it wasn’t really seasoned unfortunately. My two sides were mac and cheese (which was the smallest portion I’ve ever had in my life) and greens. They both lacked flavor and left me disappointed. I’m new to the city and still trying to find my favorite soul food spots, but this definitely left me underwhelmed.

They said everything was made fresh and they wasn't lying!! I had the fried catfish, macaroni and cheese greens, and crab cake!! Everything was delicious. I left with some delicious sweet potato pie!!

The owners are friendly, the bands are awesome and Delvin always greets us with a smile,a joke, and makes sure we always have a great experience. And the food is out of this world! The seafood combo, Mac &cheese, and catfish fritters are great and always our go to meal!

He is very attentive making sure we enjoy meal , drinks and service. We travel from afar and will continue to come because of his service, artists and amazing food .
