    Ordered a pumpkin pie, didnt check, got home and they gave me a disgusting brithday pie, i dont like that flavor. I ordered a large and they gave me a medium, i ordered a large for the pieces, didnt get them and didnt notice because it was already dark out. Asked for ketchup, didnt get any. The fries were only filled up a little more then halfway, it was the qorst experience ever there. Ive never had stellar service here but i get it, its fast food, but this was down right appalling service. I shouldnt have to rummage through the bag to look for a few tiny ketchup packets when the line was already long and taking more then 10 minutes to get through. This is why people have a problem with the mcdonalds. I now need to go back to get a refund for not getting my order. Im mainly pissed because i was looking foward to that pumpkin pie, and to get home and see it was something i didnt order is, well, upsetting, infuriating. Just everything was wrong except the nuggets.

    These workers here are beyond disgusting and disrespectful, no tissue in the bathroom and when you ask for some all the workers laughing and not even caring, we’re not from here at all came from pa and this is the disrespect you get, whoever the gm is need to get a better hold of this store and fire them all and hire ppl who can care and really do customer service worse experience ever out of any McDonald I ever been in
