First, the customer service number posted on the drive-through window is useless. No one answers for this location. When you call, you reach an answering service with a woman who says someone from McDonald’s will call you back. She’s very careful not to give her name, and her statement is simply false. I called and left messages at least twice back in November 2025. No one ever returned my calls...... As for the visit itself: a young woman handed me my breakfast order. A few minutes down the road, I realized it was wrong—they forgot the cheese on my sandwich. Fine. Mistakes happen. I went back through the drive-through and explained the issue. To my surprise, she seemed not to believe me and asked for my receipt. Seriously? I gave her both the receipt and the sandwich. She "examined" them(unbelievable), then took the sandwich to the back and added cheese to the same sandwich. That’s gross. You throw the old sandwich away and make a new one. At least, that’s how it used to be done. Re-serving a returned sandwich feels like a sanitation issue. The associate eventually admitted they messed up, but the damage was already done. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and this experience was enough to make me stop for good. The management and customer service here are extremely poor. I’ve worked in customer service myself. When the fix is simple, you take care of the customer, especially when they clearly aren’t trying to scam you over something as minor as cheese on a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, this location clearly doesn’t care, which explains why no one ever calls you back after leaving a message.
