The drive thru employees were very nice but whoever y’all have making the food they need to get it together. I ordered a filet o fish I didn’t think to check the food before pulling off I just made sure all of the items were in the bag. When I got home I opened my sandwich and it didn’t look right so I disassembled it. There was a chicken patty instead of a fish patty on the sandwich. I had already called it a night and I wasn’t driving back across town so I just ate it, but just pay attention to what y’all are doing.

Should really be a 1-star, but I’m feeling generous. The staff is mostly a bunch of teenagers who spend more time talking and laughing than actually working. Even when fully staffed, there’s often no one at the front counter, so expect to wait 15–20 minutes for a single item. The food itself is usually fine, but the service is painfully slow and unorganized you’ll likely witness an argument or some kind of chaos before you get your order. The only redeeming quality is that the lobby and bathrooms are generally clean. Otherwise, save yourself the time and go to the Moravia Rd. location, where the service is much quicker and the staff actually takes their jobs seriously.
