The boy also tried to argue when I had to go back around for the missing sauces he had put some in, but not the extras I had paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't notice before getting home that there was still another sauce flavor missing, and the burger had onions, even though it was specifically ordered without. Food was cold, in spite of the wait.Tried calling to see if I could go back and get it fixed, but no one answered.

I explained my order slowly and clearly, including the fact that I needed two separate orders. Still, both orders were rung up together. When I got to the window, I was told nothing could be changed because everything had already been entered as one. I let it go, assuming the employee was under pressure since the place seemed busy. But then things got worse. I was charged for extra ingredients that showed up on the receipt but were never added to my food. I was also charged for two large fries I never ordered, which added over $10 to my total. I’m not the type to make a scene, especially with a long line of cars behind me, but these mistakes made the experience extremely disappointing. For a brand as well known as McDonald’s, I expect enough staff or at least properly trained staff to avoid issues like this. 👎🏼
