    So I go in there , see that the twenty nuggets are no longer six dollars , and I look and find out they lied. I think I should get a twenty piece nugget for free.

    I have ordered from this location multiple times and the quality control is consistently unacceptable. On my previous order, I specifically requested a Double Quarter Pounder with no pickles and received a burger with two strips of bacon. I do not eat pork at all, and when I called the store to report it, the response was “oh whoops, sorry about that, you can get a refund in the app.” I had to explain why this is a serious issue for someone who does not consume pork and that basic food handling and order accuracy matters. Tonight was worse. My DoorDash order arrived late and cold with melted ice in the drink, and while eating I discovered a foreign object embedded inside the food. I stopped immediately and took photos. When I called the store to speak with a manager, I was met with an attitude and the call was ended before I could finish explaining. Note the photos below containing the piece of shredded lettuce and a wax paper square. I’m following up with the health department in the morning.

    Consistently the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. I’ve probably been 10 times in the last year and they have never once gotten my order completely right. I don’t have a difficult orders I do not have any modifiers I’ve never received everything I’ve ordered, and the things I do receive are shockingly low quality. I really don’t know how it’s this bad unless it’s intentional.
