    I have been coming to this McDonald’s location for years, and it used to be a great place with reliable service. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since we lost Brother Jamal and new management took over. The service has become extremely slow, and the staff is often unnecessarily rude. As someone who is visually impaired, I was especially disappointed and hurt when the older manager made fun of my limited visual acuity. No customer should ever be treated that way. This experience was unacceptable, and I refuse to return to this location. I hope the company addresses these issues so that no one else has to experience this kind of disrespect.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh, but the employee just closed the bag and insisted it was. When I checked, the wrap was *ice cold*, the fries were terrible, and the nuggets were just as bad. It was a complete waste of my money and my time. If this is what they consider “fresh,” I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
