- JPJoY PeRrYFeb 14, 20262.0The worst McDonalds Restaurant. The tables are always dirty, the soda fountain is sticky & disgusting. The food is never fresh. My last visit I got a double cheeseburger, the bun was so hard I could have busted someone’s head open with it. My chicken nuggets were rubber & cold, the soda in fountain didn’t have any syrup it was nasty. My daughter ordered a milk shake but instead was given ice cream because supposedly the milk shake machine wouldn’t work??? This location is a joke & I honestly don’t know how this location remains open????? The entire inside of dining area needs a major bleaching it’s disgusting

It took more than five minutes, and when I finally received it, it didn’t taste right at all. It looked and tasted completely different from what I usually get. I’ve never experienced this kind of poor quality here before. Not satisfied.

Got home feed the kids and about a hour later all 4 of the kids got sick from their food. I have been trying to call the location about getting a refund but the number listed is not in service. So I want to no how about getting my money back. I'm to the point of calling the health department I mean how do all 4 of my kids get sick after eating nuggets and fries from this location. Make it make sense. I need someone to please reach out to me regarding this issue. Service terrible as soon as u finish ordering the first item lady on headset nasty anything else. I had to tell her a few times I have a big order. Not sure why you have people working for you with no customer service. I'm a general manager for sonic and I would never treat guest like that. Thanks for listening and hope someone reaches out to me regarding a refund Pamela
