Most other times they never have food ready and direct you to park and wait. Breakfast this morning saw a ridiculously long line at the drive through, so I went inside - this was 10 am. Once inside there was no line, but several people waiting on food. I ordered by kiosk - a single egg Mcmuffin meal with a black coffee. It took 17 minutes to get my food! When I got it, the muffin was borderline soggy. Folks looking for service waiting a long time because no one came to the counter to greet them.
