Ask if he has any family that needs a job because obviously they taught him common sense. Most of the drive through people don't care, doesn't seem to know how to speak proper English. It is obvious they don't want to be there. It literally takes a smile to make people feel good. Please have Ricky train every employee there.

Told me to proceed to Register. Nobody at register. 2 people already in line in front of me. Not being helped. After 5 minutes, i saw a guy in the back, Manager. Asked if someone could assist us. He siad they were busy in Drive thru. I waited. While waited the 2 patrons in front of me left. 10 minutes later. I asked again, if someone could assist me. I got yelled at by Manager, that they were busy. We will get up there. Just wait. A couple behind me complained, so someone came up to help. We have now been here 20 minutes before helped pay. Now the wait. Its now 1:08. My family went to our table 132. I went back up 4 times between 1:08 and 1:38 to check on my 4 Grinch meals. A lafy came up and started arguing that they have alot of drive thru orders. Our order is being taken care of. Finally, we recieved our 4 Grinch meals at 1:44. That is 56 minutes waiting dive in for 4 meals. Interupting our Christmas Shopping Experience.
