It was freezing inside the dining room. Special thanks to the young man serving the food. He was bundled up and frozen but his kindness in the situation was very much appreciated.

Spoke to general managers during the day all day they are only supposed to be closed for 5-10 minutes for shift change. I waited over an hour and a half JUST TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER ON DUTY who was absolutely no help and disrespectful as well. The employees using profanity not being professional they all need to be fired. Those workers overnight have no work ethic and are extremely lazy
