I go to this McDonald's 4-5 times a week. I only use the drive-thru so can't speak about the inside. In general they are very fast and accurate but on weekends especially it's not uncommon to have to pull into one of the drive-thru parking spaces to wait for your food.

A couple of Spanish female employees DONT WASH THEIR HANDS WHEN USING THE BATHROOM IF I SEE IT AGAIN IM RECORDING IT POSTING IT ON INSTAGRAM AND REPORTING TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time we order from here it’s a gamble of whether or not we’ll actually get what we ordered. They always ask you to pull forward and multiple times they forgot we were there and we had to go inside l and remind them. The person taking orders does not understand anything you say to them. Kind of silly to have someone who doesn’t speak English taking orders. The manager never corrects anything and just gives you attitude. We’ve been refused refunds multiple times. This location needs to be shut down at this point because there is just no saving it. Better off being inconvenienced and driving an extra 10-15 minutes down to Wise Avenue or Eastern Avenue in the city- and THAT says something.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I come here, they give me the wrong order, and when I try to explain the problem, nobody seems to understand because they don’t speak English clearly. On top of that, the Hispanic managers are no help at all — instead of fixing the mistake or helping me get the food I paid for, they just ignore me and even started talking about me in Spanish, which I could tell was rude. It feels very unprofessional and disrespectful as a customer. If I am paying for my food, I expect to get my full order and to be treated with respect, not talked about or ignored. This location seriously needs better training for their employees and managers to handle missing food and customer complaints properly.
