  I really don't like leaving negative reviews for small owned businesses (Jimmy johns is a franchise), especially if they are locally owned. Customer Service just wasn't there. The cashier (says Angela on my receipt) was nice no issues there. However the person who made my sandwich was more concerned with appearing cool and socializing with the other sandwich maker. He was possibly flirting, which is fine but not when making customers food. Time and place for everything. A tall young man with a 'fro wearing a red hat took forever to make one sandwich. It was not busy nor were there multiple orders. He stopped multiple times to engage in conversation with the young lady instead focusing on my order. So much so my sandwich is a sloppy mess. I really am disappointed, may need to drive to Towson from now on which sucks b/c this location is closer. I was there Saturday November 22 around 1:17pm.

  Seriously some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s clear the two people working there this evening (9/20/25) hated their jobs and wanted me to know it. I was the only customer, and after begrudgingly taking my order they had a conversation about which one of them didn’t want to make my sandwich more (right in front of me), then took a ridiculously long time to make the sandwich. Again, it was dead in there and an hour and a half before closing time. Terrible .. I’ll never return

  Great place to stop by for a quick bite. The food and service were amazing!

  Had my sub done fast, fixed all mistakes, food was amazing. I'm a west side guy and never went to East Belvedere before so after eating my sub I was pretty lost.

  The staff is pre making sandwiches that are made to order the worse part is you can’t see exactly what they’re doing behind the wall none of my sandwiches were made correctly and they tasted OLD I won’t be returning to this location
