  Never, EVER, order through the app. Either pick it up yourself or use Uber Eats. Food arrived cold when it was ordered toasted and hot. Customer service was rude and LIED about delivery driver showing up at a specific time. Delivery driver was late by 30 minutes. Driver was NOT an employee. Food is good generally; this time it met basic standards. Service is trash.

  I wanted to get the Spicy Italian with Turkey instead of the other meats and they charged me 4 dollars to do this. Thats insane and unacceptable. Sandwiche jumped from 16 dollars to 20 just to use a different deli meat. Won't be back

  Food is pretty fast here but parking can be a pain. Lately workers are chatting more than helping customers. Last time I came at 1:30 PM on a Friday for lunch and they had no french bread. How can you be out of this at lunch time? I had to wait around for bread to be done and cooled if I wanted the french bread. You would think with 5 workers making sure you had bread (which is a staple in making sub sandwiches) would be a priority. Overall was very frustrating but hope it was just a one time thing. I will always prefer Jimmy John's over Subway but may need to switch locations in the future.
