  Ordered the Sando. It was the BEST chicken sandwich EVER!!! The waffle fries and milkshake were fantastic as well.

  Food tasted great and the service was pretty good, and definitely go for the milkshakes alone! Glad to have a new spot in the neighborhood with good food that’s open late!

  This place is not worth it. I’ve eaten regularly at their Colombia and Laurel locations and I’m not even sure this one in Baltimore knows it’s part of the same chain. The sauce cups are smaller and watered down/runny, they don’t give you full orders and they literally randomly seasoned half my order and not the other half. Last week they coated another order in a sauce when we didn’t ask for any. There is no way during ordering or after to request modifications to your order (on the side, none of whatever, etc), and if you ask the staff they don’t speak much English and don’t help. When you tell them your order is wrong they don’t understand. The other locations are a totally different and better experience, just avoid Preston St.

  Just ordered from here.. Ordered on kiosk and waited over 30 mins to get my order then didnt give me my water. I had to repeatedly say i purchased the water already with my order. Will not be coming back. Terrible service
