After the store-wide announcement was made, I headed to the front to check out, well before the doors locked. By the time I reached the front, all lanes were already closed, and I was refused service. I completely understand store policies and closing procedures, but there’s a difference between closing with care and turning customers away who were already inside the store and actively shopping. This was disappointing, unnecessary, and reflects poor customer service. Please revisit your closing process, your customers deserve respect and basic accommodation, especially when they’re not breaking rules.
