Absolute terrible experience! I arrived for a pickup order and pressed arrived in the giant app. While waiting 20 minutes for my order 3 cars received their orders ahead of me. I then called the store to make aware I had arrived again to which an incompetent person answered the phone. I stated I was calling to check in for my pickup order, this person stated “huh did you place an order”? Somehow saying checking in for a pickup order didn’t make sense to said person. The order came out about 10 minutes later by an employee who never greeted me she just yelled my last name. I confirmed and grabbed my groceries. This employee was too busy on what seemed to be a personal call and eager to finish vaping. I received a customer feedback request to which I filled out. Fast forward to today I received a call from a “manager” by the name of Shay. Shay handled the situation with the least amount of professional decorum I have ever seen. Instead of Shay listening to my experience and apologizing for my long wait she essentially told me I was lying and my story did not match her employees version. She even went a step further to let me know she had cameras in the parking lot which I guess was supposed to terrify me. I have no reason to lie about a grocery pick up.
I didn’t gain anything by leaving a survey especially a negative one. If this person is the manager of the pick up section I can see why her team presents the way that they do. There are so many more grocery chains with better experiences I will not be patronizing the giant chain anymore. If the owner or real manager sees this customer service training is needed for some employees at the 7920 Belair road location.

Amazing customer service, very nice and attentive the manager I think was super nice and informative in what items would be in stock! Really clean place aswell!

This the second time I’ve bought meat there that was rancid. This time it was ribs. The smell when I opened the package was disgusting
