At checkout, I politely asked the cashier to double bag and referenced the fact that she had placed too many items in 1 bag. She threw the bag in my cart and finished filling the bag with all items. I placed the bag back on the counter and asked her to assist with double bagging to prevent the bag from tearing. My friend picked up the bag ripped half down the bag. This was very disturbing because the cashier was very disrespectful and could have easily worked with me as a team to double bag to prevent my items from falling. Yet, she decided to throw the bag in my cart ignoring the request stating I should have asked before she started bagging. I give the manager 5*s for assisting by rebagging the food items into a new bag and handling the situation respectfully.
