It was already difficult when the weight sensors required items to be placed perfectly, and nothing could be adjusted once it was in the bag without triggering an alert. Now, with what feels like every small movement being monitored, the experience has become even more stressful. Instead of making checkout faster and more convenient, it feels overly restrictive and intrusive. I understand the need to prevent theft, but the system shouldn’t make regular customers feel uncomfortable while simply trying to pay for their items. I’m honestly considering shopping elsewhere, even though this location is very convenient for me. The checkout process should make things easier, not more aggravating.

I was allowed to give me to enter my phone-# & was taken care of. Nice that people/businesses are helpful when times are tough & we're suffering through miserable weather conidtions. Giants & Shi are both rock solid when it comes to being helpful. Thanks to both Giants & Shi. While losing receipt was my fault, I'll say some businesses are ignorant/have ignorant policies when it comes to returns with no receipt when a card was used for purchase & other documented proof such as phone-# applies but this store was great.
