- ELEmily LongSep 24, 20251.0What a mess. What an absolute mess. First of all, the one lady working behind the counter couldn't have been more ignorant. The manager i presume was nowhere to be found when big orders came in, so I can't entirely blame her for being so dull. First we ordered in store because there was no wifi at all. I literally had to get my friend to place the order for me. I couldn't see what he ordered I assumed he ordered for my friend and i like he always does. As soon as the order came thru I let her know it was for us. There was no other customers in the store mind you. She looked at me funny, repeated the order to me and said "this is your order?" I said yes, that's for us. and yelled for her manager. When she got no response from him she huffed and puffed and sat on her phone for 10 mins before even starting to make the order. By the time the order was done, (1 $6 meal deal, and 2 donuts) 25 mins later, I realized she had put liquid sugar in my coffee. The 1 of 2 things that were for me. I was also starving and didn't know my friend didn't place MY food, but it's fine. My fault not hers, but like there was regular sugar in my iced coffee which we all know doesn't melt.. I had to like damn near jump behind the counter to get her attention to let her know I needed it remade. Not to mention they're wanting over $8 for a Lrg iced coffee.. she proceeded to tell me 3x that it was liquid sugar and not regular sugar, but I know there wouldn't be literal grains of sugar that feel like sand sitting in my teeth right now.. just took a bite of my donut and would you believe me if I told you it's freaking stale. Moral of the story don't go to usually pretty inexpensive places like Dunkin inside of casinos. They want top dollar for treating & feeding you like subtle trash. UNREAL. Wish I could give 0 stars. Also No tables. Or chairs.
