    First time I showed up at a Dunkin Donuts and they had the donuts were actually wanted! The past few months, even if we go in the morning, the donuts we want are ALWAYS sold out (& it's frustrating when u order delivery & they don't call u to see what substitutes u want if they donuts u order are all sold out... they just grab random ones that they have instead of getting in touch to confirm what we'd like to substitute & usually it's the ones that no one likes & I'm stuck with donuts that none of us like!!), but we got every single one we wanted when we went yesterday, about an hour b4 they closed. I was VERY pleased that they still had a decent selection & the young lady who helped us was extremely sweet, helpful & upbeat! Just moved here recently, but so happy with this D&D so far!!!

    I’ve come to this location on 3 different occasions. All of my orders were mobile orders. My visits were spaced out as well. Like once in 8 months. I get green tea in my refresher (the standard way it comes on the app) each time I’ve been told when I get to the location that they are out of green tea. Why do you keep it as an option if you seem to never have it? Waste of time.

    Worst experience so far at this location. It is clear nobody knows what they’re doing. ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT! When I arrived I went to the drive through and waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes, said hello a few times, and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I proceeded to the window because there was nobody in front of me in line and still could not get the attention from any of the three employees. I went inside and waited to be helped for an additional 5-10 minutes and then decided to order on the self order kiosk. I asked to talk to a manager so I could let her know about my experience and she clearly did not care at all. Worst of all, after arriving to the Dunkin at 12:15PM, I did not leave until 12:53Pm with a coffee that wasn’t correct to my order. I didn’t want to waste the extra time getting it fixed. Oh and it’s way too sweet to drink. I can only taste syrup.

    I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 4 years and getting my medium ice coffee with cream sugar caramel and mocha. The girls and a couple of of the guys always get it right great me all the time. They get it wrong once in a while. It happens we are all human. The regulars were not in today and I was wicked upset with the service.I’ve been getting the same coffee since I was 12 years old so when I tell you it’s wrong a smart ass mouth is not the response. There was clearly no caramel in the drink I asked them to put some in it and they took it pretended to put caramel in it like we couldn’t see or hear them as they say yeah there is it’s right there. Wasn’t necessary. To the team that comes in every day my regulars you all know who you are. You guys work your butt if and you never treat me like that. Thank you to you guys. To the two today who thought smart ass was the answer. The customer is not always right. But if the customer is being polite about it there’s no reason to be a smart ass. I could understand the smart ass comment if I of my wife was being rude but we were not.

    So I recently just ordered from here and the attitudes, the vibe was way off. When I first got there, no one greeted me. No one was taking orders in the front. The one girl with the hooped nose ring said she would ring me up in the drive through, cool. I asked for the chipotle wrap, she gives me the eggchz wrap on purpose. I asked for extra ice, she throws the ice scoop down. Just nasty, lol I found it funny. I handled it with grace though, it was distasteful and if you hate your job then you should just quit. The manager was nice but still I didn’t have a great experience. Joppa rd would never 😭😭😭
