The large plastic board used for crowd control doesn’t help either. It blocks the counter and makes it harder to place orders. On top of that, the noise from the kitchen, like clanging utensils and loud prep work, dominates the space. The poor acoustics have always been an issue for me, but it’s now clear they’re affecting the ordering process too. My order has been wrong the last three times I’ve gone. I get the same thing every time, and when I tell them it’s wrong, they insist it’s what I ordered. I said "no sprinkles", not "sprinkles". The staff clearly can’t hear over all the noise, and it’s frustrating
