Then, after being served, I said "thank you so much!" to the young man who gave me my order... and didn't receive any reply to that... More "great" service came afterwards, when I came back, saying that I didn't get any napkins with my order... the woman stated that they do not provide napkins with their food... Really?! Who trains these people and what happened to a people-friendly service Dunkin' Donuts was famous in the past?!!
