When they did one associate looked at another and said i dont know why shes standing there why didnt she order on the kiosk. Then another 3 mins goes by and finally someone turns around and says did you place your order? I said no and then she gets on the headset and says take her order i assume someone says no because then she said just come take the order. Then what i ordered was not what i was given and had to be fixed. Very disappointing

The morning staff are smiling and pleasant when I come to pick up my order. Mackenzie is really sweet and she is always friendly and working hard. I don't remember her name but the girl with long blonde hair in the drive thru some mornings is very friendly and warm. And I believe his name is Joseph, he's been there a little while and I've never seen him not working hard. Keep it up guys!
