  The food has always been alright but as the day goes in and the amount of food they offer goes down as normal. The was one worker who was rude to my niece and my mother. she had a attitude after my mother asked nicely about the rest of their order.

  Hello... I'm writing this, but I'm still amazed. I always buy coffee here because my job is only 200 meters away. The strange thing is, I never taste the coffee the same way I do at other places. I've always wondered about that. Today, I bought coffee at 12:15 PM. I went through the drive-thru, and when I looked at the coffee they were pouring from the coffee maker, it was practically just water, with a minimal amount of coffee mixed in. It looked more like water than anything else. When I tasted the coffee... it's not really coffee. It's milk and sugar with about 2% coffee. It's disgusting. Why do they do this in some places? Don't lose customers by trying to save on coffee, or whatever the reason is. I don't know who's responsible for this. We want to drink coffee, not water with a hint of coffee flavor. Please, don't do this. It's disgusting.

  I’ve been coming to this store for a year and half now. And these past few few months, I may have been stopping by to get a drink. And When I do, I always asked them to prepare it how i’d like it to be because I know they do in a very rush manner even if theres not much in line like 1-3 people thats is. so I keep asking the staff to have the ice actually crushed as it’s a frozen drink like a frappucino NOT latte. I dont have time to be waiting for them to correct my order as I go there during my work. The drink is very bland too, so I be requesting extra powder every single time. But most of the time they keep missing it. I will probably go somewhere from now on as this dodnt happen just once or thrice, multiple occassions now. Just now, I wont be patient with it anymore.

  I buy my morning coffee, a hot cappuccino, at 5:45 a.m. It's so bad. She makes it in 30 seconds.
