The staff and manager know me well, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service. However, today 8/3/25 9:41 AM, I had an unfortunate experience. I tried a new flavor of refresher, didn’t like it, and requested an exchange for my usual flavor. Despite my regular patronage and the fact that they’ve always accommodated me in the past, the manager refused and was quite rude. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will not be returning. I hope the management can improve their approach to loyal customers in the future.
