Absolutely atrocious Went to Dunkin’ for a simple decaf coffee and was told they didn't feel like brewing a decaf coffee I understand being out of items, but refusing to brew decaf at all — especially when it’s on the menu — is frustrating and disappointing. Not everyone can have caffeine, and customer service should reflect that. Hoping management addresses this so customers with dietary needs aren’t brushed off next time. Also to have better customer service… these young ladies at the front act like they don't want to be there
