Before I walked in, the store looked like it was closed or closing due to thelightoutsideandin lobbyareabeingout. No one greeted me. The young guy was wearing a ski mask over his head (very unprofessional) with domino's shirt on, on his phone chilling while he's coworker was making an order. I told him I was picking up, told him my last name and the guy making orders said it will be out in 4 minutes. "Cool, I'm good with waiting, can I pay for it now? " ski mask dude said ok. Put his phone down to assist me, asked me my name again. I gave him my last name (simply) I even spelled it for him. He said he doesn't see it. Ski mask guy goes to the back to look at the order screen and comes back to tell me it will show up on the screen when it comes out. He proceeds to go back to his phone. 6 minutes have passed now and still no pizza. Guy making orders says you are Chris right?! I said no I said my last name again and explained my order. The whole time it was sitting waiting on the warmer. I get it home only to realize it's not all the way cut.
