When I tried reaching out to Dominos directly, I was once again greeted with more AI slop, and given the run around of AIs telling me to talk to the other AI. I will NEVER order from this location again. Customer Service is truly dead - I couldn't even get a single person to tell me "Hey, yeah, it's Friday night and we are running short, but we will get you, your pizza ASAP. Sorry about this wait." A person telling me that would have been all I needed. Why would I want to support a business that can't even be bothered to speak to their customers. I'd rather pay more elsewhere, because at least then I know my money is going to people and not to some AI crap. No customer service. Heavy use of AI Cold pizza Extremely long wait times.

I understand being swamped with orders, but how many pizzas does it take to be an hour and a half behind??? Update: I have been hung up on automatically while waiting. Horrific customer service.
