  We came to this location for food, drinks and games. When we walked in the front desk attendant barely looked up. She didn’t offer any assistance in helping choose a package at all. We paid extra to do the human claw machine. That attendant was also miserable, didn’t explain anything and didn’t crack a smile one single time. This is an extra paid experience in which we did not receive friendly service. One of the game machines malfunctioned twice, I asked the attendant at the prize station for help….take a guess if she was friendly or not…nope. The ONLY friendly person we encountered tonight was Deasia who was working in the bar area. She was pleasant and helpful. She delivered excellent service and was the one employee who cared about our experience at all. So if you go into Dave and Busters white marsh anytime soon, look for Deasia. She’s the only person who will be happy to help you.

  0 stars for all of the above. My family are regulars at this Dave and busters and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. They had a bunch of security walking around doing nothing, lots and lots or employees doing nothing other than playing with their hair and scrolling on their phones even though it was very busy. No one telling kids to stop running around as if it was a play ground. My drink nearly got knocked over sitting on a side table while I was playing a game with my kid due to the others horse play. We then went to the hostess for a table of 3, got sent to a dirty table then was moved after complaining. We waited 25 minutes or so for a server. We got our food before our drinks. Then had to go up to ask for our drinks. The food was gross. One our burgers was so greasy it barely got eaten and then we waited so long to tell someone we just gave up. Bathrooms were disgusting, didn’t even have any towels to dry hands or anything. There was nothing pleasing about this it was a total waste of our day and money!!! I wish I could have even found a manager to complain for a refund but no one was found. Idk if we will return after this.

  Games were fun, however the food, bar & service were horrible. We ordered 2 drinks each & my husband got wings & I ordered a side salad. Bartender barely stopped by & we literally waited 30 minutes for our drinks (lime time ritas) she didn’t even bring our Jell-O shots. Walks off before we can even say anything about the hello shots & doesn’t come back over for another 30 minutes. By this time we only have 1 hr left before close to play games so my husband asks for the check & for the food to go in boxes. On the check she rang in a $15 salad when I wanted the $5 side salad because I don’t like chicken. She said that the salad has chicken, I said no I ordered this one, I said & pointed to the side salad when I ordered so please take it off & just cancel the food. So not only did we wait a long time when the bar wasn’t even full, we didn’t get our shots, check was wrong, my husband ate cold wings because the food took so long & I had to eat at Wawa. Will never order food or drinks here again.

  Today I came in with my company for New Year’s Eve and with it being a holiday I assumed that it would be overwhelming and service wouldn’t be up to par however I was completely wrong. My server was Dani and she was amazing. Extremely patient, understanding, accommodating and displayed exceptional customer service. I have a party of roughly 20 and orders placed came back correct. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will be returning. Quality of food was excellent as well. Overall our experience was great.

  This is the best place ever! From the age of 15 I've begged to go here for my birthday bc it's basically an adults chuck e cheese with great food, cocktails & full bar, even has a full dining room for a more relaxed high quality dining experience other than the main million dollar midway which is more lax with sports bar & food options at a bar style set up with a few booths & I do mean few as in perhaps just 4 to 6 MAX! As I got older this was the perfect weekend experience! My boyfriend & I would come minimum of 2 weekends a month & racked up so many game wins via tickets that a general manager was required to authorize our powercard as we had been saving for the highest tier rewards. Those included at the time entire entertainment systems, a jukebox, or the ultimate all expenses paid vacations to places like the Bahamas! It was the primo status symbol to have the gold standard card thst was embossed with your name & fav location & we'd get invited to these events where they'd have swag bags & free food & essentially closed down the place for us to offer that VIP feeling/experience. Man I miss those days as well as my card! It was lost during a move & I've been crying periodically ever since 😢 lol
