    ​I rarely feel the need to leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. After waiting over two hours for a simple order of chicken tenders and fries, we watched multiple tables arrive, eat, and leave with to-go boxes while we were still waiting. ​When we addressed this with the bartender (Alexis) and the manager (Shakeria), we were told the kitchen was backed up. However, that doesn’t explain why those who ordered hours after us were served first. When asked if there was any way to resolve the inconvenience, we were met with a flat "no." Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

    It was Valentines day..so I get it but I wasnt able to reload my card for whatever reason, asked a staff member and he sent me to the front to stand in the long line...just ate and left. The bartender was amazing...she was very attentive...she was the only one out of the 4 that walked past...sucks I cant remember her name..she was the older black lady with the pretty smile...she made up for all the other stuff.

    Improvements on food service. Went in on a Sunday evening at a busy time (holiday weekend) and excellent service well staffed at the bar. Food is fresh and delivered in a timely fashion. Eat and play combo used. Adult beverage charged separately but great presentation.

    First time in over a year that we had a chance to go out on a date and what can I say. It was HORRIBLE SERVICE. We got our FOOD before our drinks. We sat for 25 minutes before our drink order was even taken. She didn’t tell us about the “date night” bundle until we were already done eating and irritated as hell They need management or something on the weekends to help with the flow cause what the hell Yall got going on! Everybody just standing around drinking up the Red Bulls instead of working with a sense of urgency. Like yall SUCK

    One thing about Dave & Busters is that it's going to be a party. Went with my family and we had a great time but the food was terrible. Go for the drinks, atmosphere and games but do not eat there. Each of my family members received cold food and they both ordered something different. When we tried to talk to the waitress she acted like she didn't want to be bothered. It was like pulling teeth to even get silverware and at the end they added their own gratuity to a bill that had 4 people and 2 entrees involved. Never seen that... won't be back for a while. Definitely mixed emotions about coming back here...
