Not stacked on top like, in one bite i get pure meat, then when im to the bottom of the burrito i get guacamole. Please learn how to assemble a burrito properly.
- JBJ BNov 5, 20251.0My daughter has Down Syndrome. I ordered the meat she usually gets but when I got home she wanted a different meat . . I returned to chipotle with the uneaten food and requested a different meat. The female manager and 2 female employees spoke to each other in Spanish the entire time . They said “this is what you ordered “. I agreed , it is what I ordered but my daughter didn’t want it. If you know and understand someone with special needs you know you have to “fix it” . All 3 kept speaking in Spanish, the manager was angry, slamming utensils & pots , I guess she was complaining about me. They did replace the food. If you have good customer service training you know how to work with special needs customers . They did not . They were rude. As an American English speaking customer the 3 Hispanic employees were very rude to speak only in Spanish to one another and only 1 , the one who replaced my order spoke to me in English . Rude. Speak English when around English speaking customers.

Needless to say, our entire meal (around $50 worth of food) had to be thrown out. When I called to report the issue, I was transferred to someone overseas who opened an “incident report,” but they couldn’t tell me how long it would take for anyone to contact me or what the next steps were. It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE — both from a FOOD SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE standpoint. I expected at least a follow-up or an apology by now. Very disappointed, and I won’t be returning to this or any other Chipotle until this issue is properly addressed.

No attitude when ordering or cashing out! The place wasn’t all that clean but I also was doing take out so I wasn’t too concerned about how the lobby looked. The back where I can see the employees preparing food was clean so that counts.
