Shout out to Griffin who handled an extremely rude and vulgar Door Dasher in front of me, kept his cool, and continued serving folks with a positive attitude throughout the rest of my time there eatingwith my family. He told me that wasn't his first time handling that said dasher, Griffin handled it like a professional :)

When I called another local establishment, they were extremely helpful in working with our needs. Chipotle is impossible to get through to, even to talk to a manager. When I did finally get through, they were unwilling to help us. We put in a lot of extra work to let our kids have their dining choice. That being said, when we arrived, the meals were ready and labeled, so that part was great. I had few minor complaints that some of the bowls didn't have much food in them, but overall, everyone seemed reasonably satisfied. The tables were not very clean, so I gave atmosphere only 4 stars. I do appreciate that we didn't have to wait for our orders and helped us have enough time to see the aquarium.
- CCchenleOct 28, 20251.0this location is so terrible lmao i ordered extra everything and light fajitas but there was 100x more fajitas than everything else i ordered extra. all my sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese was light and shoved into one corner of the burrito despite requesting extra and it was barely any. they didnt give me my chips or drink that I purchased and gave me the wrong meat. DONT ORDER HERE 😭 they took ages making my order only for them to be lazy and stingy with portion sizes. The one on charles street is miles better than this dump

When I asked politely for a little more, the staff completely ignored my request and acted like they didn’t hear me. For the price we pay, we should at least get fair portions and respectful service. I hope management looks into this, because this isn’t the kind of experience customers should have. My family and I are longer coming here.
