  I've been there twice and I've had to walk out twice. By far the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been in. I walked out twice because it's a disgustingly filthy.

  If they’re lazy, you will get sick from eating the food. It’s 7:30 on a Sunday night and they close at 10:00 pm. They announced that they’re all out of dressing and they’re not making any more. I tried to buy a side of chimichurri but they’re out of that too. The gentleman behind the counter apologized to me with “sorry bruh”. The Berry Agua Fresca is out, their napkins are out, their drink station is sticky, and various tables are dirty. It took me almost ten minutes to get through the line and there were only seven people in front of me when I arrived. What are they all doing that they can’t sweep, wipe down tables, and refill drink station supplies?

  This chipotle has been unfortunate for years. They’re always out of something. Most restaurants will run out of items shortly before closing time, which is somewhat understandable. But this chipotle is almost guaranteed to have some item missing at all times, whether you visit at open, close, or at any point in between. The food is also hit or miss and seems like they don’t always follow whatever recipe they get from chipotle corporate. For a while it seemed like they only hired kids that absolutely did not gaf. disorderly (bad customer service, serving counter with food everywhere because it’s not regularly wiped down etc). Although, after a recent visit, I think the kid part may have changed but the serving counter was still a mess though. I’ve been meaning to write this review for years about the countless bad experiences I’ve had here and finally got around to it. Im not even interested in any compensation from corporate. I genuinely just want to see this Chipotle improve for my own convenience as well as others in the area lol. Most of the time, I just go to the location near Bayview nowadays (even though Canton is the closest to me) just so I don’t have to deal with the nonsense lol.

  i come here all the time since it's close and their food is good, aside from the fact they're often out of things. however, the service is almost always terrible. today, a worker cursed under his breath watching customers walk in and didn't greet me, mumbled everything he said, sighed every time i told him what i wanted. majority of the workers are actually quite nice but i always seem to come in when this one employee is working and always have a bad experience with him.

  This chipotle is the worst. Every time I’ve been there, it’s been lunch hour. They’re always understaffed. You gotta wait for them to cook more rice. They don’t have enough cheese. No queso. The meat is always dry. They don’t have ice they don’t have lids for the cups. It’s never been a decent experience ever.
