Contacted customer service and they said they would send a BOGO coupon which they never did. Contacted customer service again and now waiting for them to load the BOGO which they say could take 15 minutes to 2 hours. Not very useful when I'm trying to order diner now.

The manager on duty with long black hair is a coward..she wouldn't speak to me! I hope Chipotles go out of business soon! What a waste! Update: My bowl was tasteless...everything had NO FLAVOR! The sour cream was runny..it was horrible..I bit down on some black rocky hard substance. The next day...I took the bowl back and got my money back! I will rather drive 1 hour and half for good Chipotle then drive 8 min for trash! Never again!!!
