I even ended up listening to the store’s voicemails at one point, which was confusing and concerning. After finally getting through to someone, the call was abruptly disconnected, which made the whole experience even more irritating. If customers are going to be given a phone number, there should be a functional way to speak with the store. This setup seriously needs improvement. Shout out to the two women that were super sweet when I finallyyyy got through. They were able to quickly verify my order and help! This isn't the stores fault it's corporate .
