Once, they wouldn't let you walk in and order, you had to place an online order and then come inside and pick up. The last time I went was for veterans day. They didn't honor the BOGO deal that was being offered that day AND they charged me for drinks i didnt ask for (originally, I thought they were giving me drinks because I didn't get the bogo deal but I checked the receipt and I was charged.) The whole experience was pretty annoying. The food doesn't usually disappoint. The staff isn't usually rude but the location is always doing something off. I won't return.

That being said the food was actually really good and flavorful, whoever was cooking night shift on 11/17 definitely was cheffing it up
