Came through the drive thru and had the best experience with Michael. Very quick and efficient and he was so polite. We love this location. The food is always good and the people are always super kind!!

Placed a order for delivery the other day & driver stole whole order. GrubHub delivered but says I have to call store. Been calling store since it happened & they refuse to answer the phone. Spent over tho dollars didn't get none of it won't be back.

My first time trying this place I don’t think I’ll be back. The service was great at the drive-through. The fries were hot and good but the cheesesteak was very disappointing not enough meat mostly bread, but I was starving so it was decent so many better places to go for a cheesesteak in Baltimore. I should’ve known better but I was tired.

Oh my gawd the website/app was the most difficult thing I have tried to navigate. It would not let me purchase a promotional item that was essentially a combo. And purchase just a sandwich a la carte. On the same order. I had to make two separate purchases, the combo then the single sandwich.
Overall the food was not worth the effort it took to order it. It was two hours before closing. You would have thought I walked in five minutes before closing. There was not a smile or friendly face to be found anywhere.
I indulged myself ordering here. I could have spent my money elsewhere and felt better. I did not feel the food deserved the price they asked for it. I spent 12 dollars on a sandwich that was usually 18. I would have been satisfied paying eight. In fact, I would definitely return for an eight-dollar "Old School" meal.
