Worst experience ever. Im a vegetarian ordered through uber eats a falafel crunch and they sent me a chicken wrap. When called, the person that responded, he hanged up on me. Horrible customer service

Maya is amazing great service great customer service , I been eating cava every single day for the past 4 months in here and the Towson location and the reason I come back here is cause of her , she got the skills the personality and also always has a smile on her face that’s inviting and top notch customer service !!!! Never disappoint !

Went in today for my weekly bowl and was once again pleasantly surprised to find that all my favorite food items were available! A huge change from a few months ago when you could come in at 6 and not find any most of the main menu items. Leslie, Yori and Mya helped me and they were nice, quick and helpful! :)

The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the staff here is super friendly and welcoming. They always get my order right and make sure everything tastes great. The restaurant is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Canton for a healthy and delicious meal!

Young man that made my bowl was very nice. Charged $4.35 for harrisa chicken instead of 1.35. Had to keep asking the young lady for my pita chips and my receipt. I got 1 portion of chicken and 1 portion of steak. Steak costed an extra $3, which was totally fine, but I don’t know why $1.35 for the harrisa chicken turned into $4.35. Was gaslit into paying more without receiving more. Manager wasn’t helpful at all.
