  Jasmine has by FAR been the BEST customer service in CAVA. Great attitude, very friendly, and attentive. The manager not so much. Every time we come he’s slow w service and not welcoming when customers come into the store. Doesn’t listen to what customers want as if the customers are the problem. The menu clearly states “Build Your Own.” The last two times we came in he had an attitude along with one other male with dreads. Thanks Jasmine for being so welcoming and providing great customer service. You need to be the manager. Lead the WAY!

  Tammy and Ashley were our servers and they were amazing. Truly knew the products and helped me create a tasty bowl on my first visit. I will be back because of them

  I hate to say this because I’m not a racist in fact my wife is African American . But there seems to be a pattern when young African Americans workers at these fast food places . For some they come off as not wanting to be there . Avoiding customers when they can . No one wants to say it because there worried about being called a racist but it’s not racist . It’s what is clearly taken place . Upper management needs to re train the employees and teach them that this is a job based on customer service. And quite frankly I’m tired of dealing with the attitudes. I just want my Cava that’s it . Please make the aid or I’ll escalate this issue . They knew I was standing behind them and purposely carried out an entire conversation while I the customer was just simply trying to order . And then when the other ones that are not on the line will see I’m waiting and won’t even say anything just mean mug me like get out .

  I normally go to the Owings Mill location however today they were closed so I stop by to pick up the family food at Canton location since its on the way home. At the start of order I first asked for 2 bowls and a kids meal but then changed my mind (before any food was placed) and said I wanted 1 bowl. The tall dude put the rice in the first bowl and then I said "im so sorry but you know what I will get a second bowl" ... he then starts saying all kind of stuff to himself and grabs the bowl and slams it down and then looks at me and asks what I want. At that point I just said I don't want anything anymore and walked out. I am so sorry I changed my mine and asked for another bowl, I get it was annoying but it wasn't that deep. I had apologized before asking and he was still RIGHT NEXT TO THE BOWLS, there were no other customers in line (a girl did walk in as I was walking out). I know there are amazing hardworking employees at this location but too often you can feel the literal hatred pouring off of the person taking the order. Its weird. CAVA's food is banging and even this store has great food, just terrible service. Owings Mills Cava is the cleanest CAVA with AMAZING employees.
