  Mya took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. She walked me thru the process and even asked me would I like to try something new. I can’t wait to eat this bowl I know it was made with love. She should become a trainer so everyone can help people out the way she help

  Love visiting this CAVA its always a great experience at this location . Mya is always great and taking care of me at this location I come to this location frequently and she always has great customer service . Leslie and Yori are always amazing as well . This location is always great and your greeted when you walk in sometime they are super busy at this location during lunch rush but they are quick getting the line down . They know who I am at this location so I always feel welcome . I have a CAVA addiction I must say lol but this is my favorite location ! Keep up the good work ❤️

  Stopped by Cava for a quick Lunch where the food is always good. Tammy waited on us and her service was outstanding. She is very friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

  To start, I love cava and I have been to VA and MD locations. This one definitely did not live up to the high expectations I have for Cava. I came to this restaurant at 8:50 and there was no white rice and no meat options out. I asked for white rice and they said they didn’t have any and weren’t making any more of anything. Mind you, the restaurant closes at 10. I get wanting to clean up and close, maybe even get off early, but it was 8:50 and not 9:30. The brown rice looked like it had been sitting there for too long due to the clumping and different colored patches of rice. When we came in, the employee working the start of the line was just chilling in a booth and had no urgency. The restaurant looks nice, it looked clean, but the vibe was no one cared and they just wanted to clock out. I get and understand that feeling, but the customers shouldn’t know that. Edit: I see people writing reviews about how nice the staff was but I didn’t experience that at all. I don’t remember who I was working with but some of the staff couldn’t even look at us and the front line lady didn’t care, didn’t smile, didn’t apologize, nothing.

  I just came in here and usually i have a great experience, i tend to come in the morning where ashley, and jasmine are great but the night shift is a no go. Very rude , overcharged me with no remorse and fussed me out over something that was her fault, rice very hard and dry today as well.
