  We had a party of 30 at the Carrabbas on Bel Air Rd for a memorial celebration of life for my father, John. Carrabbas at this location was one of his favorite places to go dine. The food was delicious and at a good value, the service was great, and even the manager chipped in to help make a fine dining experience. Nick listened to how I would like the private dining area set up to accommodate our party and even personalized the one side of the menu in memory of our loved one. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we will definitely be back again! Thanks to all who helped with our party today! Anna

  We got the calamari for appetizer. It wasn't great but frozen calamari can only be so good and was kind of expected. We ordered 2 filets and were really looking forward to it. We did not receive filets and asked for the check because our daughter was ready to go. The bill had our meals listed as filets even though we were served sirloins that were overcooked. The server went to talk with the manger. She came back saying he took off my steak since I didn't eat it but didn't take off my husband's because he ate some. Cool, we didn't ask for a free meal but still not cool with paying for a filet when we received a sirloin. The manager then came directly to us and said he took off 1 of the steaks and $20 off the other which was a few dollars cheaper than the sirloin. Overall just a really poor experience because we had to leave and get dinner somewhere else.

  NO FOR CELAIC! Their gluten free pasta is a mess, they brought it to me after dropping my mother’s normal pasta in the bowl and it made me throw up at the table. Shortly they remade it and brought it back out. Sloppy cook and Plater putting their customers in danger by not following the order.

  Me, my granddaughter, and daughter came in for a valentines dinner. We would hope to have a nice night, not so fast. I got the spaghetti with Mariana sauce, it was good. My daughter got fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli which she said was good. My grand daughter was very upset, our grilled asparagus, the top was cold, rest of asparagus was barely warm. Her mashed potatoes had clumps of what almost appeared to be peanuts and again barely warm. The drinks got messed up in the beginning. I am vegetarian and my grand daughter is gluten free. Our waiter Kevin, did the best he could. There were multiple people that had to ask the MANAGER for a waiter/waitress!!! He did well, you can see the kitchen and it sounds like hells kitchen with the manager yelling for food and the kitchen being way to unorganized. I don't see the need for the customers to see that and I feel they need better communication for them and the customers. Yes, they were busy but they need to be more organized. Kevin, did well he checked in with us and got us what we needed it is not his fault about the issues.

  Our Server Kevin was amazing! We celebrated my niece’s 11th birthday, and he made the entire experience so special. He was warm, attentive, and gave great recommendations. His energy was genuine, and he checked in at all the right times without being overbearing. Exceptional service from start to finish. Thanks for helping make this day memorable! 🎉 If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Kevin! He will make your experience top-tier!
