  I’m eating here now. Everything is as advertised in the Google reviews. No manipulation. I had a gin martini, some of their amazing focaccia, a side salad, and the spaghetti and meatballs with a glass of the Montepulciano. Everything was delicious. I can’t think of a single reason not to rate them 5 stars. Amazing. Jordan was very helpful, and kept things very cool and calm. I will return whenever I’m in Baltimore.

  A great new place in Little Italy. It's completely different from the owner's previous foccaceria down the street. They have traditional Italian entrees with some twists. If you're looking for some meatballs, this is the place to get them. If you actually have room for dessert, the puff pastries are excellent - I actually tried pistachio, which I didn't think I liked.

  Another amazing meal at Joe Benny’s. I ordered the braciole and the Brussels sprouts — both were absolutely delicious. The Brussels sprouts with chunks of pork and balsamic were incredible (they look burnt in the pic, but they definitely were not!). The braciole had a fantastic grilled flavor and was cooked perfectly. This wasn’t my first visit, so I also have to shout out their phenomenal focaccia pizza and their signature “best balls on the block” meatballs — both are must-orders. Owner Joe Benny is so down to earth and truly makes you feel at home. Always a great experience here.

  I normally try to be fair in reviews, but this experience honestly left me angry and disappointed. My wife and I checked in, sat down, and waited… and waited… and waited. Two hours and twenty minutes later, we still had no food. Not slow service. Not delayed food. No food started at all. The only thing we consistently received all night were apologies and promises that the food was coming. Except it wasn’t. Because after more than two hours, we found out our order hadn’t even been started. Even the appetizers took about an hour, drinks had to be repeatedly requested instead of offered, and basic things—like getting a spoon for soup—required asking and waiting again. No one asked if we wanted to keep waiting, no manager came to speak with us directly, and no real solution was offered. Just apologies on repeat while we sat there starving on Valentine’s night. What makes this worse is that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest restaurant nights of the year. If you know the rush is coming, you prepare. You staff appropriately. You make sure the kitchen can handle the volume. Watching tables receive random plates one at a time made it obvious the restaurant simply wasn’t ready. That’s not just unfortunate. It’s unprofessional. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but this was the worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. If zero stars were possible, that’s what this would be. We will not be coming back.

  The manager told everyone on valentines night, which was busy, took a hr to get appetizers.. spoke to everyone Caucasian and said the food will be out shortly and it was busy in the kitchen. He NEVER even looked at me and my wife, and we probably spent the most in there at that time. Horrible experience.. update my food was never even started after 2 hours of waiting!!!!! Never again horrible horrible experience
