- MSMaksym ShelestDec 20, 20252.0Today my wife and I visited Ben and Jerry’s. The employee who served us was extremely unfriendly and responded with passive aggression. He did not use any gloves or proper hygiene when scooping the ice cream. While serving us, his phone rang, and he simply answered it and started talking and laughing on the phone, essentially ignoring us. The ice cream was tasty and reasonably priced, but we won’t be coming back due to the unprofessional and unpleasant service.
