    Trash customer service. Lady gave me attitude for no reason. Said “we’re closing soon” when they’re open until 10 and it’s not even 9:30. She just doesn’t want to do her job.

    Staff member scoffed and rolled her eyes at another customer and myself when we walked up to order and said the restaurant was closed. On the website it says it closes at 10:00 pm. This was at 8:45pm. Then we saw the workers on their phones for the next hour and shouting loudly to the staff in the neighboring restaurant while smacking the broom on the counter. The entire staff was extremely unprofessional, but especially the shorter woman with dark longer hair and neck tattoo. She was the one who rolled her eyes, smacked the broom on the counter, was swearing loudly, and put her leg/hip up on the front counter as well- the same counter food is served from. I’d recommend going somewhere else for the hygiene concerns alone.

    On the airport website, claims they are open until 10PM. Ran from my connecting flight in concourse E to concourse B and arrived at 7:55PM only for them to be closing up and taking no more orders.

    Dont forget they close on their own time and not when any public closing time actually says!!! Walked up an entire hour before closing and was turned away.

    I had a truly wonderful experience at Arby’s! The cashier went above and beyond by surprising me with a free curly fry and soup. It may sound small, but it simply made my day brighter and lifted my spirits after the stress of a missed flight. That thoughtful gesture turned an ordinary meal into something memorable and comforting. Thank you, Arby’s team, for showing such kindness—it made a world of difference!
