  This is one of the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. The workers there are extremely rude. They made my coffee incorrectly and then gave me a bunch of attitude when i asked for it to be made again and correct this time.

  I am very sorry to leave this review, but my hope is that management sees this, and is able to improve the products & service from this location. This is my local Dunkin, closest to my business, and I visit an average of 5 or more times per week. I use the app - so my name is known - which also gives me pause to make this review / complaint. I'd like to think that I am an easy customer - Hot Black Coffee daily, and the occasional Egg Sandwich. Nothing fancy. The sandwiches are always cold & the English Muffin is often not even toasted - but I've never complained until now. And, this is because today I told them that my hot coffee wasn't even luke warm, it was pretty cold. I explained & asked for a replacement cup - and they would not give one to me. I've easily had over 1,000 cups of hot coffee from this location (no exaggeration), so I know that hot coffee is possible there - but I guess that they didn't believe me. And this, after I had placed a $1 tip in their empty tip cup. I was very surprised & disappointed. Of course, there is a language barrier - but this didn't seem to be the issue. Luckily, there is another location about .75 mile away on Falls Road - and the staff there is always wonderful, and their coffee is HOT! I'm on my way there now.

  This is the best place to go if you like flies on you muffin doughnuts and bagels. Looks nice but it's Holy Moly's doughnuts shop. 😞🪰💯🤢
