  To be honest, I don’t write bad reviews cause I understand. I’ve worked in the food industry for 25+ years. I didn’t even get a chance to order, I stood at the front desk with another gentleman and got stared at and then eye contact ,no hello ,no greeting.

  This place is Absurd, customer service is terrible they make u feel like you are unwelcome like you are there bothering them, also the food is half warmed up no even hot enough, but on top of that they dont even have cups or certain drinks and they are very rude to tell you that too like "" we dont have that you may go somewhere else"" very disappointed

  Today, right before 4:00 pm, at the drive-thru window, a young woman greeted me with that tone of voice that made me feel like I was not good enough for her service. Then, after being served, I said "thank you so much!" to the young man who gave me my order... and didn't receive any reply to that... More "great" service came afterwards, when I came back, saying that I didn't get any napkins with my order... the woman stated that they do not provide napkins with their food... Really?! Who trains these people and what happened to a people-friendly service Dunkin' Donuts was famous in the past?!!
