The staff were unorganized, they told a customer out loud that there card was declined, and after yelling it out loud and payed again, found out it wasn't declined, and had to refund her. I was still waiting for my order while people who came in after me were getting their food. Finally had to say something to them!!! No thanks, will never go back there when I'm in the area!

- HOHaley OliverMar 28, 20261.0The lady at the front quite literally screamed at all of the customers in the building to not speak to her and that she didn't have to listen to anybody because she was sick of all of the people a block away from a convention coming here instead of anywhere else. Most were appalled enough to leave and go to the Royal Farms a block across instead. I understand being upset over a rush, but it's hardly the fault of customers who have no idea what the situation is. We really didn't deserve to be berated like that.

- MBMalik ByrdFeb 28, 20261.0Guy with the dreads said “ I’m not pleasing nobody today yall here because yall don’t know how to cook “ he mad because he had a door dash order so he made us wait but no customer even complained or said a word one customer just left because he was taking long I won’t be returning he just started because I go to this location every Saturday but I won’t anymore he had to start with in the last month or 2 horrible customer service
