- WWwizardJan 30, 20261.0its literally freezing out and im walking home from the bus stop after working all day and i stop inside to try to get a little hot water to put in the bottle ive been holding to keep my hands warm. the lady working said i cant have any hot water, then changed her mind and said shed fill it for me so i dump out the remaining water outside and hand it to her. she fills it with lukewarm tap water, making it colder than it was before so now i have no heat for my hands at all. i ask for just a small cup of the hot water from the spout so i can put it in the bottle myself and she tells me no and says id have to pay for water from the spout. i left and went to the tea shop next door, and the kind woman working at that place gave me hot water right away without charge or issues. im not sure why a multi billion dollar company like dunkin needs to be greedy and charge customers for hot water when it was literally 5 degrees out today. the only other customer in the room was talking about how horrible and disgusting her coffee was as well lol this location just sucks
